For Beginners
We offer a range of programs for those new to the practice of Insight Meditation (vipassana) including “The Way of Awareness,” a five-week Practice Group, day-long Beginners’ Workshops and a “Retreat for New Retreatants.”
On most Tuesday nights throughout the year we offer a “Beginners’ Drop-In” from 6:00-7:00pm, no registration required. Each class includes basic instruction in Insight Meditation (vipassana), meditation practice and discussion. This class is appropriate for first-time meditators as well as those with meditation experience. For more information, please see our “Drop-In Programs” page.
