
Gina LaRoche is a Dharma teacher in the Insight Meditation tradition and is currently participating in the four-year IMS and Spirit Rock Teacher Training Program. She started her meditation practice in 2000 and was introduced to Insight Meditation while attending her first residential retreat in 2010. The Dharma has profoundly shaped her life, practice, and work. She is a 2017 graduate of the Spirit Rock Community Dharma Leader Program, a founding teacher of Elm Community Insight in New Haven, CT, and a former member of the IMS board. She is currently a member of the founding teaching team of Black Liberation Dharma (launching September 2026). At Cambridge Insight Meditation Center (CIMC), she co-leads the monthly People of Color sitting group and teaches in the Beginners Drop-In. Gina is married with two adult children and co-authored with Jennifer Cohen, The 7 Laws of Enough: Cultivating a Life of Sustainable Abundance.
