Dharma in Daily Life (DDL) is a thriving online practice community that is welcoming to newcomers at any time. The program consists of a 15-minute sit, Dharma reflections from our teachers, a “practice for the day,” and a wave goodbye.
DDL is a steadfast community of belonging and learning for those who aspire to daily practice, benefit from Dharma guidance and encouragement, and find that sitting in sangha strengthens their practice. All are welcome, experienced meditators and those who are completely new to practice alike.
