This unique two-month program offers an opportunity for CIMC practitioners to gently, patiently turn toward the social and ecological realities of our time. Using One Earth Sangha's EcoSattva Training as the basis of our exploration, we will form a caring community that can support each participant's exploration, learning and well-being.
Join us in a journey to cultivate wisdom, determination, and a balanced heart that can meet the suffering of our world. This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators. All are warmly welcome.
Every week, on your own schedule, you will watch a video from the training which features Dharma teachers from many different traditions and backgrounds. Then, every Sunday evening, you will come together online with Chas DiCapua and other participants to discuss these teachings, and to share what has been learned. Contemplations, inquiries, and other practices will help you metabolize the teachings with body, mind, and heart, including practices for tending to and regulating one's nervous system.
Through the generosity of a CIMC supporter, all participants in this CIMC program will receive access to One Earth Sangha's rich materials including videos, supplemental resources and readings at no additional cost.
From One Earth Sangha:
Humanity is contending with a world in radical transition. What do we do with the enormity of this moment? How might we develop a compassionate understanding of how we got here, hold the full dimensions of our situation, and nourish an appropriate response? Our practice can support us not only in meeting this difficulty but healing and transforming it. Learn more about the EcoSattva Training here….
Full and partial scholarships are available. Please submit your requests to office@cambridgeinsight.org at least 72 hours prior to the start of the program.
