You may communicate with the office by telephone at (617) 441-9038, by leaving a note on the bulletin board outside the office, or by filling out and submitting this form. All fields are required.

All floors are accessible to people who use wheelchairs. An indoor wheelchair lift at the side entrance of the building leads to the first floor and the lower level.

An elevator is available for movement between the first, second, and third floors.
A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is available on the first floor of the building.
One parking space in the parking lot is reserved for people with disabilities.

If you plan to visit CIMC and need to use the lift, please contact the office ahead of time, since the outer lift entrance is normally locked.

EXTENDED DHARMA IN DAILY LIFE: WAKEUP CALL IN THE MIDDLE EAST

THE POWER OF MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION

Join Chris Germer at CIMC or online for a benefit workshop on Saturday, November 23, 2024 10:00 – 5:00 PM exploring self-compassion and it’s interplay with increased happiness and emotional well-being, lower levels of anxiety and depression, healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and more satisfying personal relationships.

AN AFTERNOON WITH JOSEPH GOLDSTEIN

We are honored to host Joseph at a hybrid benefit event for CIMC on November 3rd, 2024: Question and Response with Joseph. CIMC guiding teachers Narayan Helen Liebenson and Matthew Hepburn will introduce and moderate the afternoon event. Our time with Joseph will include conversation, questions and answers, and a guided meditation. We hope to see you either in-person or online.

DHARMA IN DAILY LIFE

Join Narayan Helen Liebenson and the CIMC community for Dharma in Daily Life (online), weekdays from 8:45-9:00 am. A brief sit, Dharma reflections, and a “practice for the day” support you to live each day in a more connected, wise, generous, and loving way. Join here.
