Description
The Fourth Noble Truth points us to eight practices that we can engage in to live an interconnected life of deep wellbeing. When we embody and manifest these practices in our actions of body, speech, and mind, freedom is possible and tangible. The path is not separated from us; we become the path. We will explore this teaching through reflection and engagement with the practices.
