Description
We are living in a time when so much feels uncertain, from our democracy and shifts in technology to our climate, communities, livelihoods, and even our sense of the future. In this Dharma talk, Anu Gupta will explore the Buddha’s teachings on finding stability and security amid the uncertainty and change of our times.

Anu Gupta is an award-winning author, speaker, lawyer, educator, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology, neuroscience, leadership development, contemplative practice, and social transformation. He is the author of Breaking Bias (Hay House, 2024), with a foreword by the Dalai Lama, which offers a science-backed, compassion-centered approach to reducing bias and cultivating belonging.
