Description
As we continue engaging in practice and integrating it in our daily lives, we may start recognizing that there are moments of freedom, happiness and contentment, in the midst of all. We may know that we know, the full spectrum of all kinds of wholesome and unwholesome experiences, and that we can choose how to respond with wisdom and love. And we may see the inconstancy and freshness of each moment, in a lighthearted and even humorous way. This is the Third Noble Truth; the cessation of stress and suffering.
We will explore this noble truth, in the “doing and being” of our lives, by harvesting individual and collective wisdom, and realizing the tender potency of our hearts.
