Description
After we recognize and understand the First Noble Truth in our lives, there can be a tender surrender of control into this truth. This, along with self care and support, sets the conditions for compassion to arise. We then move into deeply exploring the Second Noble Truth – the origin of suffering. This is good news!
Examples will be given of how to inquire into the causes and conditions leading to suffering. Once we know the cause of our suffering, we may recognize that we have more choice and agency in our lives than we believe we have. We can let go into freedom and ease.
