Description
Gullu will explore the Attadanda Sutta (Arming Oneself) in which the Buddha talks about the “dreadful fear” he experienced due to all the fighting and conflict around him and this “trembling world” which lacks essence. He talks about how he longed to find a place unscathed but he could not find one. Words spoken 2,500 years ago that have remarkable resonance to today. And then Buddha shared what he discovered – the causes of suffering and the path to freedom from suffering.
