On this day of Thanksgiving, we will reflect on gratitude and the many blessings in our lives.
Gratitude is the capacity to take delight in life, in this moment, in the here and now, in being alive. It is the ability to let ourselves feel joy and wonder. Gratitude is appreciating and rejoicing in our moments of good fortune and in moments of the good fortune of others.
Join us for this annual CIMC community gathering. Bring your friends, family, parents, children, and others you love. Everyone is welcome. Our time together will include a period of guided sitting meditation, discussion and sharing of gratitude.
