Training and progress on the path may be gradual. Yet, life does not unfold topic by topic. So, study can be best integrated through a circular inquiry and a moment-by-moment assessment into how well we actually “walk” what we say we "know". In this way, we transition from "practice" to true cultivation and the ultimate embodiment of the Buddhadharma.
In our time together, we will examine and reflect upon the qualities of one who genuinely embodies the Dharma and explore how a practitioner can actually enter what the Buddha called "the way leading upward".
This program is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Our days together will include talks, time for questions and discussion and small group work as well as an extended opportunity to engage in the formal practices of sitting and walking meditation.
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both days, however, Saturday-only registration is also available.
