This silent retreat is an opportunity to gather in community with other LGBTIQ practitioners, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator.
The Buddha's teachings invite all of us to wake up to what is true and what is real within ourselves and in the world. On this retreat, we will cultivate mindfulness to see clearly and to wholeheartedly open to the unfolding of life just as it is--in our bodies, hearts and minds.
We will embark on this journey together. We will practice mindfulness (presence), including the meditations of mindful sitting, walking and eating as well as loving-kindness meditation.
