Have you ever felt stuck in your practice, unmotivated or uninspired? Have you ever felt inspired and motivated to renew your practice, but for some reason found yourself still avoiding "taking the seat"?
You are not alone. Even when we know that meditation practice is one of our core values, leading onward toward our deepest intentions in life, we can lose energy, motivation, momentum, vibrancy and joy in our regular practice. How can we continually renew and maintain our commitment to cultivating our mind and heart through the ups and downs of moods, unforeseen events, and energy levels throughout our daily lives?
This workshop is intended for those who have, at some time, developed a regular formal meditation practice. We'll spend our day together "workshopping" the mind and body's sticking points and protests against meditating. We'll experiment with ways to rekindle a genuine connection to formal practice. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
