A shift from the perspective of self-view to the perspective of wise view takes only a moment, yet it is a profound access point to freedom and wellbeing. In this Saturday afternoon workshop, we'll explore the power of this shift and learn to cultivate a wholesome release from the limitations of self-view.
The meditation instructions, reflections, and talks in this afternoon workshop will be grounded in Buddhist teachings on these core causes for suffering, and core causes for freedom. In addition to meditation guidance, and reflections, there will also be ample time for questions and dialogue about bringing this foundational understanding into our practice. Everyone is welcome. Full and partial scholarships are available.
