Psychologist and science journalist Daniel Goleman shares the strongest scientific findings on how meditation matters for our lives. Drawing on his new book, Altered Traits: What Science Reveals How Meditation Changes Your Mind, Body and Brain (co-authored with neuroscientist Richard Davidson) he will detail benefits at the beginner, long-term, and “Olympic”-levels of practice. The news for insight meditators: the more you practice, the better it gets. However, more than sheer hours, we need smart practice.
Your registration includes a hard-cover copy of Dan’s new book, Altered Traits and additional copies will be available for purchase and signing after his talk.
