“My deepest wish is for CIMC to spread the wisdom teachings of the Buddha far into the future. May your practice of generosity support our Center.” ~ Larry Rosenberg
Our 2021 Annual Appeal goal is $185,000.
Please join CIMC’s circle of generosity and make your Annual Appeal donation today. Your tax-deductible contribution – no matter the size – will make all the difference.
As we head into the last few months of this year, the Center is vibrant and alive because of you. Our community’s commitment to the Dharma – to practicing and learning together – remains steadfast. This year, CIMC has offered hundreds of online Dharma programs that feel intimate, accessible, and beneficial to countless people. Our sangha is growing; people new to the Center have discovered our online home. Others who had moved away from the Cambridge area have been able to join us once again. We have an amazing team of teachers who share the teachings along with their wisdom, experience, and insights. The CIMC staff is deeply committed, caring and kind.
Why donate to CIMC’s Annual Appeal?
Each year, program fees bring in less than half of the income required for CIMC to operate. This year is no different. Annual Appeal donations, membership contributions and additional gifts made throughout the year, account for the rest of the funds needed to make ends meet.
With your vital support, we will continue to adapt to the uncertainties and challenges ahead. Our teachers will continue to offer Dharma teachings that focus on inner peace, wisdom, compassion and liberation in this imperfect world. We will continue to offer unlimited scholarships so that financial circumstances are never a barrier to joining our programs and accessing the teachings of the Buddha. The CIMC staff will continue to care for the community, as responsive and present as we can possibly be.
We are grateful for donations of any amount. It takes a community to support a Center like ours, and we can reach our 2021 Annual Appeal goal by December 31 only with the help of everyone who cares about CIMC.
